A normal windshield replacement takes 1 hour for labor and 1 hour for drive away dry time. The curing of the glass adhesive takes actually 24 hours to become completely dry and return to normal driving activity.
Important to crack your car windows open if possible to reduce build up of air pressure in the cabin while the adhesive is drying. Do not wash the car or go thru an automatic car wash for 24 hours after a new windshield or back glass replacement.
